With over a decade of administrative and creative support experience, I’ve played key roles in planning and facilitating everything from multinational leadership meetings to community gaming events—and I bring the same level of care, strategy, and follow-through to each one.
Whether managing venue logistics, coordinating guest lists, communicating with vendors, or crafting promotional materials, I excel at making complex events run smoothly. I’m also proud to lend my skills to causes and communities that matter—serving in volunteer leadership roles that combine organization, creativity, and a passion for people.
Event Planning Highlights:
- DCR Leadership Conferences (2022 & 2023): Coordinated travel, lodging, registration, and on-site logistics for multi-day leadership events across five states.
- Secure the Vision Fundraiser: Provided behind-the-scenes support for a large-scale campaign that raised over $1M, including vendor coordination and event logistics.
- International Conference Support: Facilitated meetings and special events across the U.S., Thailand, and Ghana for Global Servants, assisting with travel, accommodations, and day-of execution.
- Replay Arcade Weekly Events: Designed and ran consistent community-facing events to drive engagement and build local awareness—contributing to a significant rise in monthly revenue.
- Tradeshow & Marketing Events: Managed booth setups, marketing materials, and client engagement at expos, conferences, and special events.
Volunteer Work & Community Leadership:
- Community Leader – LevelUp Games (2022–Present): Serve as a liaison for tabletop gaming groups, helping coordinate meetups and manage events that build positive local community experiences.
- Workshops Director – MomoCon (2018–2020): Scheduled and managed over 100 panels and workshops annually, coordinating with speakers, volunteers, and tech teams to ensure smooth delivery at one of Atlanta’s largest conventions.
- Event Host – Model Building Club (2015–2017): Facilitated monthly events, hosted demos, and fostered community growth among hobbyists and creatives.
- Gaming Instructor – Southern Fried Gaming Expo & MomoCon (2014–2017): Hosted live demos and taught gameplay for a range of games, helping connect attendees to brands and each other.
- Dance Instructor – Tulsa Underground Swing (2010–2013): Led swing dance lessons and community socials, blending performance with event coordination.
